The Rock Shop Candids

This body of work, created from 2009-2012, documents the local musicians and patrons of The Rock Shop, a bar in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This bar would become home to me as I fought illness and injury, while transitioning out of the military after moving to a new place alone and not knowing anyone. These are not photographs of strangers, but of friends.
